Service Description
This service provides coaching and support for the mental aspect of sports. We focus on skills such as confidence building, game day preparation, visualization, etc. to improve the mental health of athletes during their athletic careers.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds not available for sessions cancelled within 24 hours. Rescheduling within 24 hours is up to staff member’s discretion, but not mandatory. Lastly, there is a 15 minute grace period. If you join session more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time, a refund is not required and rescheduling is in the respective staff member's discretion.
